❈ Yoga and Puisaye (oct-juillet)

In yoga classes, I adapt to the participants. At the base of Hatha yoga with a touch of Kundalini and Yin yoga I offer relaxation, strength and flexibility. My classes are open to everyone. During yoga classes I pay a lot of attention to safety and injury prevention.

Energy and sound week in Burgundy

Make your own shaman drum, learn to use the drum and your own voice in contact with nature. This week we will also visit a number of special energetic places such as the famous Vezelay.

From Monday 10 June 2024 to Saturday 15 June 2024

is the Belgian shaman Bernard Crijns in Burgundy to guide you on the journey to your inner voice.

Program:

Monday 10 June :

from 3 p.m. arrival, welcome drink at 7 p.m., introduction and opening ritual

Tuesday 11 June: Drum building

Building the drum takes a whole day from 9:30 a.m. to about 6:00 p.m. Lunch (vegetarian) and tea/herbal teas are included.

All material is available. For the drum head, there is a choice of bison, deer and horse. Not only do you make your own drum, but also the drumstick that goes with it.

Wednesday 12 June

Morning is free; you can also go to your charming market in Saint Sauveur

Afternoon: workshop Learning to sing primal sound.

Evening: In the evening is the drum initiation and you make your first sounds

Saturday 14 June

Tidy up and say goodbye to go on the road with your own sounds

Stay: You will stay in the forest on the nature reserve of Umainaturellement. There are 3 wooden caravans and a small caravan available. You can also pitch your own tent. Sanitary facilities are available on site. You prepare your own meals.

Transportation: If possible, come with your own transport. If that doesn't work, traveling together may be an option.

The Umainaturellement site is located in the Puisaye, a green and creative region in Burgundy. At 595 kilometres from Maastricht and Antwerp, you will find a true paradise here. Far away from all the hustle and bustle and yet lively.

Cost:

Participation in the course week: 350 euro

Lodging : roulotte: 250 euro (from Monday to Saturday morning)

Camping: 100 euros

Course leader Bernard Crijns is a shaman, musician, artist and member of the O.B.O.D. (Order of Bards and Druids)

In Belgium, Bernard gives drum building workshops, singing bowl concerts and is known for his wisdom and work with the land and nature.

Hostess Anya Willekens is a yoga teacher, shamanist, artist and owner of the ecological holiday home Umainaturellement.

The course takes place on the grounds of Umainaturellement.
